Moving Cascading Stalls

Milking parlors of this type are characterized by high yields, using few personnel.

Interest form

Are ideal for units sized between 150 and 600 sheep and goats. The parlor size is between 12 and up to 72 positions, in one or two rows. Their through output starts at 150 and goes up to 450 animals per hour and for proper operation they need 1 to 3 people. The installation cost is very low, while the maintenance cost is minimal. Moving of the trapping system and operation of the entrance and exit gates is done by special air cylinders. Animals can enter and exit using the same door.

The stall is sturdily built hot galvanized, with aluminum animal headlocks to withstand the tough conditions in farms. All animals will feel comfortable without wasting extra valuable space. The feeding troughs are made of stainless steel. Moving is performed by two special air cylinders, one on each side. The control of entry and exit gates are also air operated. The control box is placed inside the milking pit next to the milker. A stainless steel protection for pipes and milking sets is always fitted.

The feeding system distributes the food to the animals very easily, quickly, with great precision and above all without effort. It is also stainless steel, like the enclosure. The distribution of the food is done using a metal screw. It can dispense all types of food without a problem. The lack of plastic parts and the powerful electric gear contribute to its long-term operation without problems. The system is the only one that can be adjusted so that it dispenses exactly the amount of food that we want each time with a single push of a button.
