Farm Management Systems

Total Control
In today’s farming, a farmer must make decisions based on accurate data for his livestock.

Problems such as accurate record keeping of animals, recording performance, feeding, reminder for tasks involving animals, mastitis control, the increase in somatic cells, finding which animals are in heat, are now easily handled. SYLCO Farm Management provides the best solution to all management issues and helps to make the right decision.

It Grows on Demand
The system structure is modular. This means that you can start today with the features that interest you and add more when you need them.

The individual modules that exist today are:

  • Electronic milk metering.
  • Measurement of conductivity
  • In heat detection.
  • Animal history
  • Feeding
  • Feeding calves
  • Separating animals

The advanced milk meter is approved by ICAR for official measurement of animal performance. It is simple in construction and has low maintenance needs.

The control panel displays in large legible characters the number of animal being milked, the quantity of milk delivered and whether the animal should have special treatment.

A built-in 4 lines LCD display helps the milker to get all the animal information stored.

The control board also controls the pulsator and automatic removal and offers a variaty of features like massage, different pulsation speed and ratio etc.

The conductivity sensor of is external and is not necessary for the operation of quantity recording. The system records the conductivity of the milk of each animal and compares with the average of the same animal.

When a deviation is detected, a sign that somatic cell increased or possible mastitis, it alerts the milker immediately, before even clinical symptoms appear.

Continuous monitoring of animal behavior to find animals in heat, is very difficult, especially in large farms.

An activity meter is placed on the animal and records its movement.

The transmitter communicates with the system and transfers the data.

When a deviation is observed, the user is notified immediately to check the animal.
